Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted at time of service. Some treatments require several visits. With advanced arrangements, you may pay a portion of the total fee at each visit with payment in full on the last visit.

Dental Insurance:   We accept most dental insurance plans.  Dental insurance plans cover between 30% and 100% of the cost depending on treatment and plan in effect. As a courtesy, we will file claims for you and ask for you to pay your estimated co-payment. Please remember though, that this is only an estimate and is based on the information available to us at the time of service.  If your insurance does not submit payment you will need to follow up with them.  Please contact our office for more information about your particular situation and insurance plan.
